Who handles your enquiry
Pamumvuri PVO handles programme enquiries for Behind the Marks and its school-related WE Alliance pathways. Contact tapiwa@nojobsjustwork.com about your enquiry, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of update permission.
What we collect
The form asks for your adult name, email, role or audience, town or city, school or organisation where relevant, and selected school priorities or proposed contribution. Your job role and additional programme context are optional. We also record your consent choices, enquiry reference, submission time, source page and any simple campaign labels in the link.
Do not provide children’s names, personal case histories, diagnoses or confidential health information. The form is not a care service or an emergency channel.
Purpose and access
We use the details to understand your programme interest, discuss fit and manage follow-up. The school programme and WE Alliance partnership routes help organise this work. The form saves to the site’s hosted database; authorised programme administration can view, update, export or delete records through restricted team access.
Your details are not published or automatically sent to experts, schools or sponsors. Separate agreement is needed for any later referral or specialist service. Optional programme updates require the separate unticked checkbox. Choosing not to receive them does not affect your enquiry.
Confirmation and follow-up
An on-screen reference confirms that your enquiry was saved. No automatic email is sent. Pamumvuri’s programme team reviews the enquiry inbox and manages follow-up. Email contact links open your own email application; you decide whether to send the message.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for up to 180 days, then deleted when the website next processes an enquiry or the team opens its inbox. You can request earlier deletion. Any exported records or later service records must be managed separately by the programme team under the relevant arrangement.
Website measurement
The site uses simple daily counts of page views, enquiry-button clicks, form starts and saved enquiries. Counts do not include names, email addresses, messages or health information, and are not unique-visitor counts. The browser sends no measurement when its Do Not Track setting is enabled.
No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are added by this site. The hosting platform may use cookies for access and sign-in. For abuse prevention, the server uses a daily hash of the connection address; the raw address is not saved in the enquiry database. Abuse-control records older than two days and aggregate counts older than 90 days are removed during routine enquiry or inbox activity.
Young people and urgent concerns
The form is for adults aged 18 and over using their own details. Learners can speak with a parent, guardian, trusted teacher or school pastoral contact. Do not wait for this website to respond to an urgent concern. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the nearest emergency department.
